On behalf of Ragn-Sells, Made for Sales is recruiting an energetic and competitive salesperson for the South-East Region within the Recycling Division, responsible for Östergötland. We prefer that you live in or have a commuting distance to Linköping/Norrköping. This is the role for you who thrives on being at the forefront, driving your own business, and at the same time being a natural team player in a strong and engaged team where sustainable customer relationships are built together.

In the role of salesperson at Ragn-Sells, you will work with B2B sales of the company's recycling services. The focus is on establishing new customer relationships, but you are also responsible for developing existing customer accounts. You primarily target small and medium-sized companies, often in industry, real estate, retail, and the public sector. The service offering is broad – with a particular focus on more complex solutions, such as hazardous waste – making the role both challenging and meaningful. Initially, the distribution is approximately 80% new customers and 20% existing, which will evolve to around 50/50 over time as you build your own customer portfolio.

You own the entire sales process:

  • Identify and contact new potential customers
  • Schedule and conduct meetings
  • Work consultatively to develop the customer's environmental and waste management
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Hand over the business to production and follow up on business, customer satisfaction, and development opportunities

Through long-term relationships with decision-makers, you create upselling and growth, both for the customer and for Ragn-Sells.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 2 years of experience in successful B2B service sales
  • Documented good sales results
  • High school education, post-secondary sales training (e.g., IHM or Sales and Marketing Academy) is an advantage
  • Good IT skills, experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Driver's license and very good Swedish in speech and writing
